RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please note that Rainbow Runner operates under a non-returnable and non-refundable policy. All sales are considered final upon payment at checkout.
Certain circumstances as listed below may allow for special case exceptions in which exchanges or refunds may be approved.
1. The item I ordered does not fit / I would prefer a different colour or size.
If the item(s) you ordered do not fit well or you would prefer a different colour, a return and exchange may be allowed subject to the following:
- The item(s) should be in its original condition and packaging,
- The exchange request should be sent to ops@rainbowrunner.net within 2 days of receipt of the package
- The request must first be approved by our customer service team
- The item(s) must be shipped back to our address within 7 days of receipt of the package

- Return courier fees (to and fro) are to be covered by the customer
You can also conduct the exchange in-store if you prefer. However please send in your email request prior to ops@rainbowrunner.net for approval. Our team will be in contact with you asap to attend to your request.
2. I received the wrong item(s) / My order was packed wrongly.
If you received a different item from what you ordered, please take a picture of your order and send it to ops@rainbowrunner.net along with the following information:
- Order Number
- Parcel Tracking Number
- Your Full Name and Contact Number
Upon receipt of your email, we will conduct the necessary investigation required with our warehouse team and communicate with you further via email on how we will get the right item(s) to you.
3. My order arrived damaged / The item(s) are in poor condition.
Please take note that all packages ex-Rainbow Runner are non-insured and as such, we will not be able to be held accountable for any damages that occur during transit after the package leaves our premises. If you have an issue with your package, please contact the courier directly and file a complaint.
However if your item(s) arrived damaged, please send an email to ops@rainbowrunner.net with the following information:
- Picture of your parcel (including the box/courier sleeve)
- Order Number
- Parcel Tracking Number
Upon receipt of your request, we will advise you on what steps we will need to take to resolve the issue. Typically, the item(s) will have to returned to us for inspection by our technicians and by the manufacturer. If the items are shown to be unused and unabused, either a warranty claim will be executed or an exchange will be provided. If the warranty claim is not applicable and there is no stock availability for the item, a refund will be processed.
4. I have one of the above issues with an order I placed on Shopee / Lazada. What do I do?
If you made your order with Shopee / Lazada, please contact us directly on those platforms via chat. Our team will communicate with you there to help you solve the issue.
